I have purchased i kall k[protected] dual sim mobile vide your order no. [protected] dated-11.01.2017. But after few days the incoming and outgoing call voice is not audible to the receiver and caller. Immediately i complained to customer care of homeshop 18 and i was provided with a new i kall handset in replacement of a old one. But still the problem of voice is not solved and currently my phone is useless. I am fed up with this phone and request you to kindly provided me some other brand phone or refund my money.
