Hi I ordered the above mentioned product from homeshop18 on june 10, 2017 and paid rs 2464.00on the same day through online mode. I received this order on june 12, 2017 and the same day i placed a request for the retrun since the quality of steel is not up to the mark items are of very low quality. From that day i have been following up from company's customer care executives regarding my concerns about the refund. They always say they are waiting for the qulity check. Its unfortunate but seriously, this is really alarming that a company like homeshop18 is cheating people by selling such low-grade items. Neither your company is arranging any pick-up for returning these items. This is highly disappointing. The customer care people are not ready to help in any way. Added to that the courier company is charging approximately 700-1500 for returning this item. However, your company policy say that you will refund only 10% of item value. This means that i have to spend extra amount for courier. I request you to look into this matter. I am feeling highly cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
