[Resolved] Homeshop18 — looks 21 hair colour | |
I bought looks 21 hair colour from home shop 18. When i applied that colour in my hair my grey hair didn't change. It is completely useless product and when i complained about it customer care senior executive said that we can not go very refund of it.. I really want to resolve this issue as the product cost is 1100/- and that was totally gone in water.
