[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Mobile battery given by wrongly | |||
Sir, I have placed a order for CELKON Mobile vide order Number.[protected]. I have received on 22.03.2017 at 12.00 Pm. After opening the parcel box I found that you have given battery wrongly, it is not fixing and suitable to the mobile which i was sent by you. Immediately I made compliant to your home shop18, they gave me homeshop18 mobile service centre address, to get it repair their. I am staying in Yelahanka, the mobile service centre address is more than 30 KMs, if i have to go to that address, I have to apply one day leave and spend transport charge is more than 500/- ( five hundred rupees) who will bear the expenditure. While packing and dispatching the product you have not checked properly simply sending, unnecessary problem / correspondence to be made to you. Hence you are requested to send you representative / or service person to fixing the battery for or send another set, to avoid further correspondence. We ordered bedsheet with oversheet, pillow covers and cushion covers attached with it. But the cushion covers we received are of different covers as ordered by us.so we want the blue cover cushion covers but we got the orange cover as in the photo.
