[Resolved] Homeshop18 — money is debited from my bank account but hs18 is showing order not placed

I placed an order for nature's essence bridal glow facial kit. Rs 500 is debited from my account but hs18 is showing that order is not placed. I wanted the product for a ceremony before 30th december 2017 that is why i placed the order today i. E 25th december 2017.
