Sir, I had received a Coupon of Rs.200/- (Coupon No.CUBP53B3BU6 & CYQ3APUPE8A) against Invoice No.OXIZ/16-17/245513 DT: 20/12/2016.But now when I going to book Jio Wi-fi Device and enquired to avail discount of Rs.200/- on second purchase but nobody guided me how I avail even I contacted in Toll free No. [protected], [protected], [protected] by my Regd.Mob.No.[protected] & [protected] on 0800pm on 12.01.2017 to 13.01.2017 till 0130pm. Lastly I thought that all personnel working for receiving call from Customer are bogus & no knowledge about gift coupon. It also shows that Home shop 18 declared Coupon of Rs.200/- is totally fraud.
