[Resolved] Homeshop18 — not received 32 inch samsung led tv | |||
Respected sir/madam, As per my previous complain from this email id only. My complain is not yet resolved because still i have not received 32 inch samsung led tv from home shop 18. As per homeshop18 letter reference number [protected] heading 'homeshop18 winner of samsung led tv 32 inch' i was requested to make payment of the income tax deducted at sourse (Tds) through dd or cheque. On receipt of that letter i have made dd from sbi air force station makarpura vadodara for the amount of rs 7170 in favour of "tv 18 home shopping network limited" dd number 369464 dated 31/10/2018. Submitted all required document like dd, aadhar card, pan card latest address proof through india post vide tracking id "eg[protected]in" on date 01/1102018 on address "tv 18 home shopping network limited 7th floor, fc-24 sector 16a, film city noida, uttar pradesh, pin-201301" which was received on that address on 07/11/2018 and i gots a confirmation call on 11/12/2018 from no[protected]. After that from same number i received call that your dd is cleared and tv will be sent to your address up to 23/11/2018 but till the time i have not received that tv. After contacting to customer care they given a number for qurey about prize related query mr krisna kant[protected]. On this number i have contacted several time and always he told that give me some time i will contact you and tv will be delivered to you within one week. On 21/12/18 he told that tv is not available in stock and i have raised a query regarding your winning prize. Sir, with humble request i beg to say you that i am frustrated from this reply and waiting for your favorable action on this issue. Kindly get my solution resolved. मेरा ऑर्डर नंबर [protected], 20 दिसम्बर 2018 को शाम 5 बजे प्राप्त हुआ खोलने पर पता चला दोनों मोबाइल चार्ज नहीं हो रहा तथा बैटरी भी फूला हुआ है या तो चार्जर डिफेक्टिव है या मोबाइल ही खराब है
