[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Please refund my money back | |||
Hi, I bought a makeup matinee(Order[protected] from homeshop18 as a birthday gift for my wife worth rs 1099 on 10th Oct 2014 and after too much waiting and phone calls to cutomer care i got my order after 12 days on 22th oct14.I have mentioned my office address for shipping and it was delivered on the same but i was not able to collect due to diwali festival(22th and 23 oct diwali holiday) then after i came to office on 27th oct and collected my order which then i opened and it was in a very worst condition all the lipstick and nailpaints were broken into pieces.So, immediately i called to customer care and told them about that but everytime they spoke very sweetly and not taken any action on this and when i mailed them to their feedback department then they reply shamelessly that "according to policy i haven't recieved my order on 22th oct and it should not be refunded" .So, please tell me whether they had deliver my order according to their policy which is 4 working days and they had taken 12 days after i begged them for my order to send on time on birthday .PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
