[Resolved] Homeshop18 — product damaged money till now not refunded | |||
. I ordered for a prestige induction cooktop of rs.1599 on 29 dec then i got the order delivered on 16 jan 2019 but then when i opened it was a damaged product. Then i tried to call the complain department but it was not connecting but after 2 3 days on 18 it got connected then they told me to give my account details i gave them and then they sent me their address where to sent it on 19 jan i sent my order by dtdc courrier. The next day i updated my consigement no. And everything they asked then they told me waut for 7 10 days i waited for that i again called them but they again told to wait but till now my money is not refunded and today is 12 feb its going to two months. Even they dont have pickup system for refund. If i call them the compliant department no. Is wrong when i call them and then they tell us to add 0 then they show the no. Is wrong even they are till now not refunding my rs.1599 the company is begger, wreckage even the ceo is begger operating such a big company they cant refund my money and even others what to say Was this information helpful? | |||
