[Resolved] Homeshop18 — products received in broken conditions - order no. [protected] | |||||
I have received 3 products thru order no. [protected] and invoice no. Inha/17-18/60302. All three products where received broken. Spoken to customer care and they asked me to send the pics at [protected]. I sent it that very day, on 12th dec 2017. On 13th dec received acknowledgement of the same and till then never heard from the team. No one either called us or resolved my problem. Pls take it seriously and return my money or provide me new products. Or else i'll be left with no other option then to lodge fir against home shop 18 for cheating. Rgds Anupam d.
