[Resolved] Homeshop18 — ready made gown size issues no response from hs18 | |||
Dear sir, As i have booked the attached gown but after receiving the same the size is too big for me as at the time of booking i have asked for the same but as per your executive it's available in a single common size and it can be resize at our own. But after receiving the same i realised that it's too big for me and also resizing is not possible as design is liked that it will go in waste if i do so. So here i would like to request for return the same. For the same kindly suggest the way what to do? As i have sent mail multiple times but no response and called but they put on hold for more than an hour and no respond. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered a product from homeshop18 site on 12 August and it was showing to deliver it by 1 days. Now it has been more than 10 days and I have not received the product. When calling customer care they are saying that you will receive it but we have no timeline.
