[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding Bhagalpuri silk sarees set of 3 | |||
Dear Sir, As I have ordered for set of 3 sarees of Bhagalpuri, I reached the product but it reached me late, in that also I found one saree defective so I have called the customer care immediately so first they have told that they will replace this and I will get that saree with in 5 working days but I didn't get it, so I called the customer care again so they told me that you have send that defective piece first which they have not told me earlier, so I request them to transfer the call to their Senior, so Senior told me that you need not to send that piece we will be sending you the replacement with in next 2 to 3 working days, in this 15 to 20 days passed. Again I called them so now they are saying that it has already despatched from our side and they have sended me the message also of details which as follows. Dear Sham Gundamkar, your order no.[protected] has been dispatched on 13/10/2014 via Ecom Express Wide AWB no.[protected]. For details please contact [protected]. Replacement has been initiated through new order number[protected] and the same dispatched through Ecom Express awb number[protected] on: 13th Oct'14.
