[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding refund status | |||
Hi, This is Shobhit. I purchased a TV video game from Home shop 18 approx a month back. First they delivered me a wrong product and second when I had returned it next day they are not processing my refund. Even after so many reminders nobody is bothered about customer pain. This is THE WORST online shopping portal I ever experienced. And guys this not my first bad experience with these peoples, In past I ordered Micromax phone, after watching the demo on TV channel. In TV these stupid shows this phone will also works on 3G but phone doesn't have configuration to support 3G and their supervisors refuse to exchange/return it. Home Shop 18 never sold genuine products, their product are of high price and low quality and their customer support executive are liars. Was this information helpful? | |||
