[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — replacement of 3 printed crepe kurtas and one bottom fabric by envy 9-l[protected] one of them being defected

- order was placed on 14th nov, 2017 — delivery was received on 20th nov, 2017 — complaint registered on 21st nov, 2017
- one kurta among them was defected — defect in print of kurta — called the customer care several times within a period of 34 days — always advised to wait for 24-48 hours — on 34th day, i was told that they cannot resolve my query/cannot replace the kurta/wait for 7-8 working days
- either replace the parcel or refund the amount
