[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Sent defective piece and not returning | |||
Hi, I very disapointed with them. As I ordered a item to gift someone. I gifted them. But when they opened this gift pack, they found that product is defective item, It's cap is not able to set with each other as its cap is already cracked. Becuase I have to gift someone that's why I could not open pack and I had directly gifted them as I faith on Homeshop18. But this time I'm very disapointed as they are saying youare lateas per policy we cannt return now, but which policy says homeshop18 should send defective peice. That was gift then how ca i open that product. I directly gave him. I have to same at front of them as it's apis not fiting. Please help to exchange this item.
