[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Supply of defective, old and used karbonn mobile alfa 91

I have purchased one karboon mobile alfa 91thru homeshop on 21st april 2017! Its seal was broken,, and mobile is old and used not only that thing mobile starts and stops and restarts automatically i register a complaint immdly i was asked to visit service center in model town,, they denied to take and i was asked to cantact rohini's service center no response now i feel helpless except a complaint register in consumer court
Earlier i used to buy from this company and there was no problem
Now home shop basically becomes a fraud and doing cheating to the buyers
When i purchase a new mobile. How they sent old, used and defective mobile
Now their tendency only to sell old and substandard product by name of maha loot
Till today their was no reply from their end
I feel i have been hugely cheated by home shop
