[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Trio t3 star mobile not working | |||||
I have purchased two combo trio t3 star mobiles by seeing the advertisement in tv channel at homeshop18 for 1099rs. They have sended me one non-working phone & one is working phone. The basic functionality of the phone sim itself not detecting. Without sim without usage the charging also coming only for 1 hour. When i giving complaint they not responding properly and whenever i am calling to them they wasting the time by asking full address, phone, compliant number they given company two numbers. One number is not at all lifting. Another number is lifting saying i don't understand your language even i am talking in english he is acting like he is not understanding and switching off the phone. Please be the favor of refund my amount back.
