[Resolved] Homeshop18 — use bed sheet

I have received 5 set of double bedsheet but 3 bedsheets are used. When i opened package i found that bedsheets are used. I complaint homeshop 18 customer care number but they don't do anything. They always says that in 24 hours we will resolve your problem. Bt today is 6th day. My problem is still exist. When i complaint they said that to send a photos o[censored]sed bedsheet. I do the same but not got any reply from them. And when i call again they said our system is not updated yet.
Today is 6th day. Still they are saying the same.
