I have ordered my order on 12 aug which i haven't received yet

When i denied for order due to delay in providing

My refund still not initiated by home shop 18

They told me that it's delay from courier and courier company told me that they are not receiving mail by home shop

I have complained many times to home shop but they are not working on it
