I had order mobile online as their mention 5 inch and they had give me delivery 4 inch mobile and phone and i received order today on[protected] with in 15 mint i had reply on your customer care for mobile problem first they are not ready to accept their mistake and now they are provide me coupon for as amount i had give to them i had given 2810/- rups. but as per your customer care executive she said after collection mobile they calculate valuation of mobile its means they will deduct amount which i had give today. why this mistake happen and why should i pay for your mistake ? kindly reply i need mobile proper which you had mention in your advertisement or if its possible give me coupon but exeact what i had give amount to you kindly do the need full .
