[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong product received | |||||
I had ordered a product on 20/06/2017 having order n. O - [protected]. The product got delivered on time but it was not same as shown on advertisement, after discussion with support team on phone, whatsapp, they promised to replace with correct product. Yes Replaced, but with same (wrong) product. My concern is how HS18 can send wrong product 2 times?
