I ordered phone asus 32 gb 5000 mah battery and paid Rs. 7999.20 through net banking on 21/11/2016 and within diwali i should get the product which was confirmed by mr. ravi but could not get and then he told to cancel the product and the money will be refunded to me after 10 working days but his phone is switched off [protected] and still 0n 15/1/2017 i have not recived my money and his phone is switched off .
