Hi, I have ordered babyliss curler and i paid 2000 rupees and the moment i open my product. It wasnt working fine and i called on customer care. No one picked up and i got a call back and they told me not to put anything online we will replace this product within 2 or 3 days but its been more than 15 days and no one has come and no one is picking up my phone, i didnt use that product at all and paid 2000. I have ordered a slim n lift body shaper of small size but they have delivered me wrong size of xxxl n xl . They are not receiving any calls. I ll file a police complaint if they didn’t give back my refund

They offered to send me an infrared walker for Rs. 4250. I tried to pay online, but I couldn't. The next day someone from there called me and offered to send it by COD. When I opened it I was disappointed to see a broken machine.
