Homigo — not refunding my security deposit | |||
It has been more then a month, homigo is not refunding my security deposit. They have sent me full and final expenses list which i agreed on. Total refund was rs-35392. (Attaching the full and final expense list sent by homigo along with mail) I left my flat on 30th oct. According to homigo rules, security deposit should be refunded within 7 working days. We are been calling them continuously, but each time they say we are from marketing team and we don't know anything about security refund and neither they give us proper contact number to whom we can reach out. I even sent out the mail asking them at "[protected]@homigo.in". But they are not even replying my mail even after sending several reminders. I really don't understand what type of behavior they have. How irresponsible... Seems fraud to me now. I have been asking them on mail, to give me the exact date when they can give my refund back... But no reply!!! Relationship manager named "addep", his number is off since 8-9 days. Don't know whom to reach out now. We even asked to give the company ceo number, the sales person directly say we cannot give. Neither they are helping us conveying our message to concerned person nor they are picking up our calls.
