Homigo — refund

This is to bring to your notice unethical behavior from homigo associates. Please find attached booking details and our issues.
Booking details - house

2. House details: 104 - l, #34, 5a main, taverekere extension, btm 1st stage, bangalore - 560029 (Near : christ university)
3. Type of furnishing: furnished
4. Booking of : full house
5. Room no: 104 l
Security deposit: ₹ 32000 paid
Rent: ₹ 16000 paid
Token: ₹ 5000 token status: paid
Total - rs. 48, 000
The room that was provided had lot of cleanliness issues, the cupboard and bed was filled with bugs and cockroaches.
The washroom in the allotted room didn't had hot water facility, complete noice and weed smell. Culdnt stay even one day vacated in the first day itself it was informed with security mr. Sikander.
After that i have informed all these things to homigo office (Mr. Siddharth), he promised me about full amount refund and sent a confirmation mail to me also on feb 18th 2018. Till now i didnt get the refund and i met one of the homigo ops manager on 28th feb 2018 and he promised me a ful amount refund with 3 working days.
Now i check the refund status they telling about some deduction and some approvals. Total 5 times i visited homigo office for the same concern they dont have responsibility for this and commiting fake promises about refund.
