Dear mr. Minoru kato and team I pardeep rana rides active 3g purchased on 14/02/2016 with extended warranty upto 5 years from santoshi dealer in khanjawala, new delhi Engine got seazed on 24/02l1/2019 and honda service station executive recommend the change of engine plus and many other. Last service was done in 27/10/2018 in honda itself and only around 2700 km scotty ride still engine got seazed. Scotty is now standing at rohini honda service station. Dealer deined to repair scotty under warranty and is charging for the same. Also dealer forged in entering the service details in the system. More than 4 services are done from the dealer from where the scotty was purchased i. E. Santoshi in kanjhwala, new delhi. This type of service is not expected from a brand like honda. I purchased Honda Gracie bike from Rehobat Honda kadayam for Rs 62428/-. They collected Rs. 2660/- as handling charges extra. Pse intimate the amount is within the basic cost or extra.
