Honda 2 Wheelers India — activa 5g, my complaint is about we don't want to use our insurance claim for showroom staff mistake, we want that new part. | |||
Today in morning during solving a horn issue of activa 5g in the shaan honda showroom of amravati maharashtra, mechanic broken a clamp of the front fiber panal, while i was present there. Then we complain to a man amol bhalekar may be a manager. He provide solution to use insurance claim. Even we show the broken part which was freshly broken without any dust partical, which was proving that the part was just broken.. But according to advice given, we don't want to use our insurance claim for staff's mistake. Why we should waste our 1 insurance claim for staff mistake? We want free replacement of that fiber part.
