Dear honda service team, Complaint no :- 1-[protected] Today inform your elan honda service manager, my bike not eligible for ew engine head spare warranty, because service millage laps but 2016 history not your system My bike[protected] in - between 3 service in meereddy honda service in miryalaguda, nolgonda dist, but your service history not show 2016 year, and not show in your nalgonda dist my bike service history 2015 year meereddy honda service invoice also attached above and 2016 year invoice missing Total 4 years my bike usage is approx 30000 km I don't know what is the meaning of warranty policy in two wheeler, i have warranty 5 year why not given free service in engineer head spare Please look in the issue asap...
