Honda 2 Wheelers India — color was spilled after first service of activa 4g newly bought on 25th june 2017 | |||
I have sent my new activa 4g red color baught on 25 th june 2017 to my dealer for first service today after 1145 km approx to 18 th july 2017 around 12 pm. After service they called me at around 2.15 to pick up the vehicle. I went to pickup the two wheeer on 4 30 pm. When i saw my scooter on left side near key hole of dickey they have made a dent and color was removed by workshop service man. Also made scratches to that area. When i complained regarding this to workshop person they were all started shouting at me at loud voice was telling that was already there. For your kind information why should i made such color spiiling to my new two wheeler? They were trying to show me camera images but failed to show me that area in camera vision. Then i went to honda show room and complained regarding it. That person told me if it spreads more i will change you that assembly part in next service. My demand is that they have spoiled the show and look n feel my newly baught activa 4g and now they should call me and change that part for me. Kindly note this in concern and change my spoiled part with no cost charged to me as they did it. They were in no mood to accept any fault. Kindly note they were not even customer friendly persons at workshop point. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
