Respected Sir, I, Mr Rahul Bariya bought Honda Activa 5G with registration No is GJ25AC 8561 from your esteemed dealer Labh Autolink Porbandar (Gujarat) in recent. It is to bring your notice that I faced a very bad experience towards your dealer as well as servicing staff of Labh Autolink Porbandar which I would like to inform you for your necessary action. Firstly, No staff members attended me and hence I waited for an approximately half an hour when I had visited Honda servicing centre for my 2nd servicing of Honda Activa 5G On 17 Oct 2020. Invoice No is LP2021JIN005389 & customer Id is CU004785 dated 17 Oct 2020. Secondly I have told to staff about the problems being faced to me for riding the bike. But no work has been carried out as satisfaction and as per the requirement and scooter gave me back as was earlier. I would request you to kindly educate the servicing staff working with the Honda Brand and hope necessary remedies be taken in future for customer satisfaction.
