I have bought honda activa 125 on sunday 10th september, 2017 from sheel kishan honda, rampur road, bareilly and drive 100 km to reach kasganj district just after purchasing this vehicle but it could not reched at my destination and stopped all the functions of this vehicle purchased before 3 hours. I have contacted with service supervisor of bareilly dealer mr. Awasthi, he advised me to contact dealer present at kasganj. I have brought my vehicle next day to kisan honda, kasganj. Service supervisor of this dealer advised me to leave this vehicle for one day to track fault. I left it and contacted after one day but he replied that there is a fault in wiring and cdi part is not working and this part is not available at our agency. He again advised me to contact with bareilly dealer. Ans i continuously keeping informed to both dealers about the problem but they are so irresponsible and careless that i could not get my vehicle back till now even i complained on toll free number of honda company 3 times but they also could not provide any solution till now. They also so irresponsible and careless to address any complaint. I am so tired and hopeless with the attitude and quality of product. I am field worker and urgently required a vehicle to perform my assignments but i could not done it and punished from my employer due to not fulfill the field requirements. I am very much physically and mentally disturbed due to having this trouble while i have purchased this vehicle on cash because of emergency assignments at my work place.
Now i dont want back this vehicle. I will buy another vehicle from reliable company.
