Honda 2 Wheelers India — Defective vehicle delivery and harassment | |
I Abdul Waseem, an unlucky customer of Honda, has had a complaint since 2018. From the day I bought the vehicle. The vehicle has so many manufacturing defects but there was no major response from company's side I even filed a court case but till date there was no permanent solution. In two years my vehicle is only 25000 kilometres total run and 2 times engine work done and I have to change timing chain tensioners 5 times. And all major work was done with my money even though I have extended warranty for 5 years. And now again my vehicle is in a major problem. So what all I want is to kindly stop harassing me with defective product, it's a humble request and kindly Honda take back vehicle, else replace it. My life is precious and they can not play with it by delivering defective product and your unsatisfied services. I also declare that any mis happening takes place from this vehicle. Honda India is responsible for that as from last 2 years they are not able to solve any of my problems. I would also like to declare that Honda India cheated me by delivering a defective product and taking the price of a new product from me. Was this information helpful? | |
