[Resolved]  Honda 2 Wheelers India — delayed in bike repair (honda cb shine)

Hi there,

This is regarding the delayed happening in service/repair of my bike kindly refer the below details for the same

I have submitted my damaged honda cb shine bike (Details given below) on 12th september 2019 also have deposited an advance of 5k but till now i'm not getting any proper response from honda service center.

With continuous follow from my side i'm only getting an excuse that parts of the bike are not available.

I have also drop a mail on below mail ids and in response i only got a complaint no. (Complaint reference# 1-[protected]) but no action taken so far

Also i have called honda customer care to know the update but still same excuse is conveyed and when i asked to bring supervisor on call,
Same is been denied stating "he is busy in some other call"
