Dear team, I booked honda activa 4g on 10.10.17 at the time of booking i asked for test driving but no test drive was given. It was promissed that at the time of delivary test drive will be provided. But at the time of delivary (16.10.17) they also denied for the same. Then i registered the compalint regarding this. I gave full payment in cash mode. Before receiving delivary i asked for invoice and bill. But they denied and gave excuse of electricity issue. When electricity come i again asked for invoice but they denied. And told me they will provide imvoice on 20th oct 2017. I had no issue on this but this time i want written confirmation from their side. They were not agree to do this. There were two person to whom i requested mr sanjay and mr subhash for test driving and invoice. Their behaviour was not good. They do not have sence how to talk with customer. Kindly let me know certians things 1. What protocols do you follow at time of delivary of the product and its billing? 2. What are guide line for test drive? 3. What action will be taked by company if costomer is misbehaved by the dealar? Was this information helpful? | |||
