This is with deepest regret that i have to write about the service that i have received from one of your dealer. I have been through mental torture given by Mr Swami (Manager). Below is the complete details of my grievance. I have booked a Active Honda 5G and paid cash of 74, 000 Rupees to Mr Swami (Krishna Motor, Shastri Nagar, Pune), on 07th September 2019 and was promised bike delivery in next 2 days. It was two years warranty + three years warranty extended by the company
Now my bike engine is half damage
But I have 1.5 years warranty remaining
But agency owners clearly denied for this warranty and upcoming 10-15 days my bike minor fault changes in major fault.
