I purchased Honda shine bs6 model bike in[protected]. On[protected] my bike got some issues with the ECM while I travel it stops in between and need to toe my bike to the service center. In service center they said they have fixed the issue and it's been 6 times from March 11 to May 6 my bike faced same issue and stopped. Due to this issue I met with an accident and by God's grace nothing happened.
There is no proper response from the service center (SVM Honda Avadi) and till now there is no solution provided for this issue. I'm mentally disturbed because of this quality less product and ill-treating of customer in the service center.
I decided not to use this product and I need my money back. For refund or replacement also no one is ready to have a conversation and they are here only to sell the quality less product to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
