Dear sir, Subject: improper service and rude behavior of officials. This is to notify to the concerned people that the managing officers at "yogi honda", gonda are very rude. The service is improper. The person named raj is dealing very badly with the customers. The customers of the showroom are really disappointed with the service. The people talk in vulgar languages and talk very badly with people. This is a severe issue and all customers complain about it. So, steps must be taken as fast as possible. The customers are reducing due to a single person called raj. Hope the concerned authorities will take proper steps against the rude behavior of this person. Thanking you. Bought Honda Hornet on 8/03/16. I have already done with 3 free services and have taken yearly AMC also. I have complained about poor suspension both front and back from the 2nd free service and still its the same. Due to poor suspension I'm facing tail bone pain now. Immediately resolve this on priority.
