Honda 2 Wheelers India — improper service wrong information to customers | |||
Improper service, complaints given at the time of service were not rectified. Keeping the vehicle for days stating that 1 or 2 complaints were pending from their side. But at the time of getting the vehicle back from service center, they have changed the information with us and also changing the job card complaints as 'not done'. Service center is cheating us with the complaints given to them and changing the status of each complaint as not done when we ask questions to them. I have complained about 2 wheeler woblings etc. They haven't fixed it and giving false information that they fixed it. They not even doing test drive for our complaints. They are putting our lives in danger. Kindly seal up such service centers and save the people for danger. Surya honda chennai. Was this information helpful? | |||
