Honda 2 Wheelers India — intentional harassment by non servicing | |||
I had purchased a honda dio from tajshree honda, manishnagar on 10/11/2017 and the dealer have asked me to buy the amc card for rs. 1000 stating that i will be getting additional benefits of three extra free servicing. So far i have completed three free services and the due date for the fourth one was in nov-2018. I was out of city for an urgent work where i got a call from [protected], to bring the vehicle for the servicing. I told them that i am out of the city and will bring the vehicle as soon as i return and i have gone to the service station on 20 nov 2018 but the service center denied to service my vehicle stating that the due date has been crossed by 1 week. I stated them that i was out of city for some urgent work but they behaved very rudely and arrogantly and asked me to do whatever i can. They were not even listening to me, even i have talked with the service manager but even he was very rude to me. They are not also willing to give me three extra services as promised by amc.
