[Resolved] Honda 2 Wheelers India — Not provided the good service and after service, provided the faulty parts | |||
Dear sir, I baught a Honda activa 3g date on[protected] Pioneer motoworld pvt. ltd. Noida sec-63. Bike was good and running fine, but after 1 month, I went for the first service (till then my bike run only 158KM) they charge me Rs. 578 for the first service, the executive who deal with the customer is so rude by words, and when the service completed i didn't get the satisfacotory response it look like, they loot me Rs. 578, also my indicator buzzer was not working when i said this to them, they said there is no buzzer in the vehicle i said it was there, then he called the mechanic and checked, buzzer was there but not working then he said to me, for the extra money for the buzzer and talk very rudely even they knew this is their fault, in the servicing time the buzzer gets faulted but still they are blaming me that if this was get faulted by you then etc etc. I hope that making after a official complaint they would take some action.following my detail. Jun 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks to mr. Manish (pioneer india), he called me and checked my vehicle again and also fix the issue. Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
