Honda 2 Wheelers India — poor service aman honda

I want to share my experience with aman honda service station located in baner, pune. Though one of my friend (Having activa honda) informed not to give at this service station, as they will simply wash it and give back, i was not having any other options as i always trusted authorized dealers.
Last week i gave my activa for servicing with minor issues and silencer painting. I was promised delivery within 2 days.

But to my wonder, my bike was not ready even after fourth day. When i went after 4 days, a bill of rs. 1564 was waiting for me. Then come the surprise, no one was sure where is my bike. After calling crm they finally located my bike and that time i realized nothing was done. Brake not working, polishing not done. Bike was in quite dirty position.

It was 100% clear that, they have just washed my bike that too after my complaint :-d

Till date, no one called me even after raising complaint with honda and my bike is not in working condition.
