[Resolved] Honda 2 Wheelers India — poor vehicle given to me & after more than 15 series not running properly | |
I have purchased honda cliq dx scooty on 12 november 2019 from bmj automobiles main market vikasnagar, dehradun uttarakhand. Its not at all working for 2 months and it does not start without choak and whenever i start it with choak, it is stoping anywhere anytime.in this situation i have survived the usual accident. When i tried to contact with management, they didn't even picked up call. After trying several times they told me that contact with manager. I got response from manager after 1 week and he didn't take my issue seriously. But still it was in same condition. So i am very disappointed with their services and their whole staff also. They called me and told me that it's issue is fixed. And they told me that there is problem with t tank so they have replaced it and they charges 600rs from me for it. But still that problem was not resolved, with all these issue petrol leakage problem was also started. And scooty stopped anywhere. They told me that they are checking the issue and kept my scooty for 15 days. They promised me that they will replace my scooty if i get any complaint again. Within 2 week, i have observed petrol leakage in my scooty, i have called to bmj honda but they didn, 't even picked my call. When i registered my complaint in customer care honda 2 wheelers india, after that they came to pick my scooty. And after few days they told me that it is fixed. Now i don't want to keep this scooty, either refund my money or give me any replacemenr of it because it is very risky to drive this scooty. I have registered my complaint (1_[protected]) on 26 july 2020 in honda customer care but still i am not getting any response from your side also. I have called many times to customer care they are telling just one thing that your issue has been forwarded and it's escalated, our team will contact you. But nobody called me till today. Moreover, my scooty is in vikasnagar showroom and they are texting me that they have fixed the problem and bring your scooty otherwise they will charge for 50rs per day. They might have given used scooty because it doesn't even work for 1 year. Please replace this scooty or refund my money because its poor vehicle, it didn't even run 1 month properly.
