Hi all, This is to bring to your kind notice that few months back I purchased an Activa 4g from Bagla Honda, Saharanpur. ( Biggest curse I have done in my life ). Vehicle Number – UP 11 BP 6550 with the name of Rachana Vats. The employees hired by the agency are of no use. People commit silly mistakes due to which the customers need to suffer. I've submitted my vehicle some 20 days back for a resolution. As per the discussion with the agency Manager Mrs. Sarika Bagla same was assured to be resolved within a duration of 1 week. After regular follow ups no one is answerable yet and the agency manager is unavailable as per the employees. The fees for the same has already been paid earlier. Due to the errors done by your employee during the data entry, the Oriental Insurance company refused to claim the same and asked for the rectified documents. Now the same has been pending since long due to which I need to suffer a lot. None is able to provide me a proper resolution within the desired time. For the meantime I requested to provide me a spare two wheeler which was refused later on stating that it is not as per our norms. Not doing the due diligence and then beefoling the customers is that as per your norms ? Attached below are the proofs wherein the errors done by the agency can be clearly seen. I would never recommend anyone to go for Honda vehicles as the after sales service is really worse. Really it was a pathetic experience for me. Looking towards a prompt and a quick reply.
