Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service issue | |||
I have purchased activa from raga honda goraya due to rate difference from phillaur agency mehta honda. I have maintained regular services from mehta honda as per company norms. From the last 3 days. When i go to mehta honda for servicing. At the time of routine checkup they engineer found fault in cpv unit. And suggest me to change the same. I have taken the 5 years extendable spare part guarantee at the time of purchase. Which got expired in the year of 2018. When i need to claim the same they are saying they have not any record of services due to they have recently doing their work computerized previously they are doing manually. Where is my fault? Kindly replace the part asap. My active is not in working condition without this.
