Honda 2 Wheelers India — starter problem | |||
Right from the day i have bought this vehicle, the issue with the vehicle hasn't been resolved yet. The issue with the vehicle persist from the day of purchase. The service center has not resolved the issue and have been playing games with me since then. After every complaint i had lodged previously, they have just kept the vehicle with them for a day and returned it to me at evening saying "they have resolved the issue". I feel like i have been cheated by kaizen honda showroom (Solapur) by selling me a faulty vehicle. I will hand over the vehicle to the showroom to get it resolved and i won't care if it even takes a month for it to get resolved but when i get it back the issue must be resolved permanently. About the issue: the vehicle doesn't start even with button start (Using choke) or kickstart. What is the use of vehicle if it doesn't start? I feel the showroom is running a fraudulent scheme here. I am surprised as to how they can't resolve a menial issue which shouldn't have been in the vehicle at first place. This is harassment for me. I am not willing to give my vehicle to service center and receive it every-time with issue unresolved. Please look into this issue as soon as possible and if it isn't resolved this time then i guess i have to look for alternative options to proceed with this issue. My activa 5g 2 times engine over all in 8th months 8000 km regularly timely service and oil change done but more garpon deposit engine compartment starting trouble pour pick up engine vibration more please my request permanent solution
