Honda 2 Wheelers India — very bad quality service, poor technical knowledge of staffs, poor communication | |
On 25.06.2020 i had the forth free service for my bike at binayak honda, baruipur, south 24 parganas, kolkata. After that i faced a lot of problems like my front disk break is not working properly, abs is not working properly, acid is pouring down from bike when parked, having a sound from chain cover and tool box. The polish was not even cleared properly. Even i not received the bill also. On 29.06.2020 i again visited the service center with those above mentioned complains. They informed me that disk break pad needs to changed, and a problem in handle will also be solved. I visited there at around 11.30 am. At around 5 pm i informed that disk break pad is not available right now. They not also resolved the handle issue. Which was not communicated to me earlier, if communicated i would have not waited for so ling just to wash my car. They did not even solved the acid dripping issue. They also dont know how to adjust the suspension of a unicorn bike. I am very much disappointed with the quality. Vehicle no: wb96m5712 Model : cb unicorn premium I want this resolved immediately.
