Honda 2 Wheelers India — wrong activa 5g provided and showroom not responding | |||
Hi team, I have been unhappy with the Honda Activa 2 wheeler I bought from Preetam Honda oshiwara. I had booked DLX version and later I got STD version. Look for attachment for proof. First of all instead of accepting mistake they are not even responding. Everytime I have to call land-line as they don't pick up mobile. Also as I paid for DLX they must return me extra amount paid by me. I would fairly asked for whole new vehicle but on ground of humanity thought to not burden there but that was biggest mistake by me. Now, I am not going to think on humanity grounds as I have not got any resolution since 1 month. Provide me whole new vehicle or return me 10k amount as part of penalty.
