Honda 2 Wheelers India — wrong vehicle delivered by honda and rc details mismatch | |
My company has purchased an Honda vehicle for myself and the vehicle and RC were distributed by Honda Dealer.The Dealer has given wrong vehicle and RC details are not matching with Original vehicle number.The same vehicle has been sold to myself and received the NOC as per RC and Shifted the vehicle to my home Town.While re registering at my Native place RTO they have found the mismatch and rejected the same.During detailed investigation found that the wrong vehicle and RC has distributed by Honda Dealer .We have contacted Honda Customer care as well as dealer but no solution has received yet Honda Complaint Number:1-[protected] dated 31st July 2019 Was this information helpful? | |
