Hi
This is rajiv m bansal the proud owner of the activa 3g scooter booked on 11th december 2015.
The delivery of the vehicle take on 13th feb 2016 saturday from your authorized dealer m/s venetian honda kandivali west mumbai.

The details of the scooter are as followed
Chassis no =me4jf504lf7436227
Engine no= jf50e72436319
Dealer code no mh020004 sold on 09/02/2016.
Vehicle registration no mh 47 l 2607.
Distance covered till date is 1285 km.
First free service done at 828 km dated 08/03/2016.

Since inception there was the problem with the steering or handle of the vehicle, when brought to notice of the servicing center of your dealer it was told as the vehicle is new, the problem will get solve once vehicle get old, however after running the vehicle for 1285 km the problem still persist.
Further today dated 3rd april when i visited the work shop(That is venetian honda at haridas nagar) i was informed that your steering fork is out or alignment is gone, as the scooter was going to much toward the left side, and it has to be replaced with new front fork. As it is not strong and they have change many fork because of the poor strength problem and steering fork is very weak as told at workshop.
As the vehicle is under warrant and single hand driven., i was ask to pay for the same or get the through the insurance claims to get the repair done.

It is surprising that you are take the customer for granted, being the number one company in the world for two and four wheeler.
With the above it is clear cut indication that the fork of the scooter is have the manufacturing defeat and you are asking the owner to shell out the money.
Even the rmp setting is not done as the rear wheel is moving when on stand, it should not happen.

With the above discussion i want the fork rectification and replacement to done free of cost, not even the two months have lapse since i brought the scooter.
And i also have the extend warrant cover. If the fork alignment goes two month, what will happen over the period of the time.
It is the safety aspect and you are playing with life of the people.

Kindly advice further shall i approach the consumer court and publish the same in the leading new paper.
