I have given my Brio Vehicle on 30th Dec to pride honda Miyapur by having travel plan on 31st Dec, Service executive Raju promised to deliver on 30th Dec evening but not delivered, even not informed that can't delivered after 6 pm unless I enquired personally.
VEHICLE was delivered at 1pm on next day after many follow-ups, this is reducles response what I can see from Pride Honda just for changing oil filters they kept the vehicle for two days posing Rs 9000 Service cost.
When I check the vehicle petrol, it got lowered two levels -approximately 10liters and petrol tank opening leaver also missing to fill my tank .Its really painful, we expect our vehicle will be safe if we give at Honda Service Center but not like troubling Honda customers removing parts from the vehicle. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HONDA PRIDE MIYAPUR AND ROAD SIDE SERVICE CENTER is the big question in my mind.If you guys don't take needful action I'll troll this across the social media to save many people to suffer from this kind of Honda Service issues Was this information helpful? |
